Hosts were welcoming. The breakfast was superb, with homemade honey and a variety of options. I loved the beautiful wallpaper and plenty of amenities in the room we stayed in. It was a cozy home away from home with a lovely view of the garden. Very close to town with free parking! 😊

Loved the beautiful garden views from our spacious room. The bed was so comfortable, making sleep easy. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted fantastic, especially the homemade items. Sheila and Peter felt like family, providing a warm welcome and engaging conversations. check-in times were a bit restrictive, and I found the shower pressure disappointing—it could have been stronger. the charm and character of the house balanced out any minor inconveniences.

The farmhouse has a charming period decor.
I had booked a double room, but was given a twin room without any explanation or apology, which was frustrating. The water pressure in the shower was insufficient, making it quite a hassle to rinse off shampoo. the cleanliness of the breakfast cups was not up to par, with dribble marks visible from previous guests, which left a bad impression.

A wee gem in Jedburgh! 🌿
The brekkie was bloody fantastic! Homemade jam had me going for seconds, and oh, those rooms were just lekker comfy. Sheila and Peter, what chommies! They made us feel right at home, kaap next to the friendly dogs in the garden.
Check-in felt a bit tight, had to juggle our timing a bit, but honestly, it was a minor thing.
